Ms. Shabalin is in her first year of being a teacher’s aide at CCA. She has been working with children for 10 years and is a certified dyslexia interventionalist. She has a daughter in 1st grade at CCA and loves the sense of family and fellowship she finds for her family at CCA. Ms. Shabalin immigrated from Russia and has been in Fort Collins for over 25 years. She enjoys being at church, running & biking, snuggling her goldendoodle, and pretending she loses chess games on purpose to her 6 year old daughter.

Mrs. Caudill was born and raised in Colorado. She has been married to her best friend for 16 years and has 2 children. Logann is a CCA graduate and Bowyn is currently enrolled at CCA in 8th grade. Mrs. Caudill has a bachelors degree in Restaurant and Resort Management but has always chosen to work or volunteer at her kids’ school. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, watching her kids do sports and is happy as long as she is surrounded by family and friends. This will be her second year teaching at CCA and she can’t wait to watch these kids grow in their education and faith. 

Ann Richmond was born and raised in northern Minnesota, where she developed a love of the outdoors including all things water related. There she attended Gustavus Adolphus College earning a BA in Elementary Education and Sociology/Anthropology.  She also spent all 4 years competing on the swim team. Soon after, her love of the outdoors led her to move to Wyoming, residing there for 18 years. Almost 2 years ago, she moved to Fort Collins. She has a husband, Luke, daughters almost 17 and and almost 15, and step children 12 and and almost 11. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys paddleboarding, mountain and road biking, snowboarding, running, and hiking. She feels God has blessed her with this opportunity to join the incredible team of educators at CCA as the fourth grade teacher, where she hopes to teach students life skills and the value of education through seeking Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

Erin Schneider is a Colorado native who has a bachelor’s degree in piano from CSU. She has had a few roles while her children have attended CCA, primarily subbing and working as a classroom aide. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids, reading, and playing piano for fun.

Joe Criswell was born in Texas and raised in Colorado. Having a passion for math his whole life, he has decided to go back to school to get a degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in education. Joe met his wife of four years here in Fort Collins and has a 4 year old daughter, 2 year old son, and another child coming in November. When not playing with his kids, Joe enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and video games.

Mrs Disselkoen was born and raised in Arvada, Colorado. She attended Colorado State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus in Real Estate and Marketing. She married her best friend in May of 2023 and enjoys exploring Fort Collins with him. In her spare time, Tiffani likes to hike, kayak, and camp. Tiffani has a passion for sharing the gospel with others. This will be her first year teaching at CCA, but is super excited to be a part of growing the kids’ knowledge in science and faith.
